Purpose of All Hands

The purpose of the team all hands is to

  • Context share among team members, in an engaging way, so that team members share the most exciting and relevant updates

  • Reinforce the mission, vision and values of Junction

  • Connect the small and medium-sized things that people do, to the bigger mission, vision, values of Junction

Structure

  • Mission, Vision, Values - Re-inforcing the quarterly goals e.g. revenue, x number of happy customers, launched x lab partner

  • #health-news - To discuss updates in our industry and what it means for us

  • Goal progress — Review of quarterly goals and progress

  • Demos — Presentations about new projects, features, insights, learnings/losses.

  • #gratitude - Shoutouts for those who've lived our principles

  • Reminders — Upcoming initiatives and deadlines.

Guidelines
