🛫Onboarding

When you first join Junction you will need to follow the following steps:

1. Accept your offer on Pulley and sign your employment contract

2. You'll then be sent our your laptop

3. Request access to the software:

4. You will be given a Junction Health Check with all mandatory first tasks!

   1. The most important thing is to make sure you complete your HIPAA and security training in Vanta

   2. You'll be assigned a buddy to help you get up to speed alongside your manager

To view payslips:

🇬🇧 UK based: Tide to view your payslips - sign in with your personal email

🇺🇸 US based: Login to Central, they have a Slack app that you can ask for your payslip there

🌎 Other countries: You can use Deel to view payslips as well as your holiday tracking
